My rates and terms follow the guidelines set by the British Guild of Tourist Guides; acceptance constitutes a contract.
Please note my Terms for Cancellation as follows:

• New clients — 50% of payment due 48 hours in advance of tour
• Cancellation 48 hours prior to the date of engagement — 50% of fee payable
• Cancellation 24 hours prior to the date of engagement — full fee due
